Accommodation
Our safari camp includes three bungalows with twin beds and a new “family” lodge with two double
bedroooms and a lounge area – all thatched accommodation with an original South African feel to it,
with a cosy “Lapa” - a bar/living area that is open for all to relax in. After a sumptuous breakfast, an
average day can consist of a combination of events - photographic or hunting safaris, lunch out in the
veldt (game area) and sundowners at the end of the day, admiring the awesome sunsets.
Meals can always be arranged to suit your requirements: many hunters prefer an early start with a light
breakfast followed by a substantial “brunch” and possibly an early afternoon siesta before heading back
in to the veldt. When you return to camp at the end of the day, our staff will have lit your “donkeys”,
traditional wood burning water heaters which will provide you with all the hot water you need - you can then relax with a hot
shower, a drink with some impala biltong, or chat around the camp fire under the stars while our friendly staff look after all
your needs and prepare the evening meal. This may consist of traditional South African dishes or a “braai” with some meat
which you have shot yourself as well as an extensive European menu, all accompanied by excellent South African vintages!
